Individual Gestalt Therapy

Gestalt is a highly positive and practical integrative therapeutic approach. I will help you to focus on your immediate thoughts, feelings and behaviour and to better understand the way you relate to others. This increased awareness can help you to find a new perspective, see the bigger picture and start to effect changes.

Parent counselling. 

Parent counselling is a therapeutic space for mothers, fathers and guardians that aims to provide you with knowledge, guidance, tools and emotional support, all without judgment or bias. We work together to build strategies to resolve and confront the conflicts and difficulties unique to each family.

The child is their own guide in therapy.  This means that they share what they want to share at their own pace within a trusting relationship.  During the sessions we discover how to move forward together in a careful and respectful way to make the changes you need in your life.

Gestalt therapy in online format, through video conference (Skype, Zoom, WhatsApp, FaceTime, Doctoralia platform).

This modality can be in conjunction with an in person session, or the preferred modality. It offers the possibility to follow a therapeutic process from the comfort of your own home.
